Delivery & Pick Up

Delivery Date:

  • Delivery & Pick Up Date must be minimum 24 hours in advance: however, for some complex products or large quantitie we would require more time. An operator will provide you all the details.
  • Delivery & Pick Up Time are from 8am to 11pm.


Delivery in U.A.E:

  • DUBAI: FREE;
  • Sharjah: FREE only if order* price exceeding 600 AED, otherwise the delivery price would be 100 AED;
  • Ajman, Umm Al Quwain: FREE only if order* price exceeding 700 AED, otherwise the delivery price would be 150 AED;
  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah: FREE only if order* price exceeding 700 AED, otherwise the delivery price would be 200 AED; 
  • If you have more orders at the same time for the same delivery address, the delivery price will be calculated only from one order (after operator adjustment).
  • Because of huge traffic in Sharjah, Ajman, Umm All Quwain & Al Nahda (Dubai) is not allowed delivery between 16:00 to 23:00 from Sunday to Thursday in these regions.
  • *Order price are considered: basic product price + additional price - discount %.


Pick Up in Dubai:
